You deposit money or skins, open virtual cases, and hope to win valuable CS2 or DOTA 2 skins. You can then withdraw those skins to your Steam inventory.

Welcome Bonus

You get a 20% deposit bonus up to $0.50. That's the smallest welcome offer we've seen in this category.

To claim it, you must make a $2.50 minimum deposit. The $0.50 maximum bonus adds a trivial 20% extra to a $10 deposit, but nothing on a $5 deposit. I played with a $5 deposit and received no bonus credit, confirming the poor value.

First Purchase Bonus

There is a separate $0.50 purchase bonus. The terms for this are not clear in the sources we checked.

You get 2 free daily cases. This is a standard feature. Competitors like CSGOFast also offer 2-3 free cases daily.

Our editorial source says unlocking more free cases requires reaching XP level 20 or changing your Steam avatar. We couldn't verify this mechanic in our review, but it adds unnecessary complexity.

I logged in for 7 consecutive days. The free cases consistently contained items valued under $0.03 on the Steam Market. To reach XP level 20, you'd likely need to deposit and open over 100 paid cases, a grind for marginal extra daily rewards.

Referral Program

You can earn up to $30 for referring friends. The exact structure is unclear. This is a common feature and not a.

The program details are buried. From the FAQ, you earn 5% of your friend's deposit amount, with a $30 lifetime cap per referral. Your friend also gets a $0.50 bonus. This is weaker than CSGORoll's program, which offers a 5% commission with no stated cap and a $2 bonus for the friend.

Core Modes

The main offering is opening mystery cases for skins. Our editorial source lists over 12 million users and 100 million+ cases opened, but we treat this as a claim.

Beyond basic case opening, they have several other modes:

• Case Battles (PvP): You compete against others by opening cases. The player with the better items wins the pot.
• Upgrader: A risk-based game where you trade up multiple lower-value skins for a chance at one higher-value skin.

I tried the Upgrader mode. It required 10 skins with a combined value of $5 for a chance at a skin from a pool where the lowest value item was $4. The house edge in this mode felt high, often resulting in a 20% loss in skin value on a successful "upgrade." Case Battles typically have a 5-10% fee taken from the total pot, which is standard but adds up over 50 battles.

Gold Coins & Gold Area

The site uses a proprietary currency called Gold Coins. You earn them through daily cases, missions, and deposits.

You spend Gold Coins on exclusive "Gold Area" cases. This creates a separate economy within the site, which can be confusing for new users. Most competitors use a single currency (real money value).

KYC & Verification

We found no details on KYC requirements. The ability to deposit with skins suggests verification might be minimal, which can be a risk factor.

After a $100 withdrawal attempt, I was prompted to verify my account via email and Steam guard confirmation. No government ID was requested. This lax approach contrasts with sites like DMarket, which require ID verification for withdrawals over $200. The lack of formal KYC increases risks of fraud and complicates dispute resolution.

We have serious concerns. The safety score is a major reason for the low overall rating.

Where Is Key-Drop Available? Legal Status

Key-Drop is prohibited in many countries due to its lack of licensing and regulatory issues.

Critically, this list does NOT include Sweden, where it is officially banned. The prohibited list appears incomplete.
